Stephanie Goico is an architect, founder and CEO, with a managerial focus on the comprehensive management of projects, leading teams and processes to ensure quality, efficiency and results in every development.
An architect with a master's degree in Construction Project Management from the University of Barcelona (Zigurat Institute of Technology), she has over 11 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising large-scale architectural projects, including hospitality developments, residential complexes, private villas, and urban projects in the Dominican Republic.
For over a decade, he has led multidisciplinary teams throughout all stages of the project life cycle, from conceptual and executive design to technical supervision and quality control on site, promoting a culture of constant learning, process optimization and continuous improvement in every phase of development.
